I remember Shikha when I was heading the Meat and Fish Departments at Metro Cash and Carry. She joined us as a Management Trainee. From the start she came across as a person with a friendly disposition. Her hunger to learn and excel in all departments and functions was evident in the way she performed. Both the above characteristics, I was sure would hold her in good stead. She soon became a supervisor. Later, as I moved up as Head Training for Andhra region, she continued to approach me for gaining more expertise. I can without fail say that she has worked and excelled in nearly all departments she was entrusted with. Her calm nature, wonderful listening abilities and a smile that breaks out instantly are the hallmarks I truly cherish. She is a definite asset to any organization. Once she gets started, there is no stopping her.
