  I independently care for my own caseload of families who have children under the age of 21 in the home. I complete home visiting while assisting families with their personal life goals in hopes to better their homes, health, and overall lives. Additionally, I teach parent education classes to individuals seeking advice, insight, and improvement on many aspects of their parenting and overall personal relationships.   Supervise over 50 kids a day during the school year, 80 over the summer, while implementing and maintaining order throughout the day. Assist in the creating the daily schedule, leading children and peers to follow the agenda. I worked both independently and as a team member to ensure the day runs as smoothly as possible for the children, parents, and coworkers.
