Pratik is one of the best engineers I've had the pleasure to work with. He consistently went above and beyond when developing for our product, and I knew any time he was involved, I was in great hands. I can think of several times where he went the extra mile to explore what could be done to solve a particular issue, and came back with a variety of potential solutions - and once we decided on a path forward, he would then regularly deliver on time and with clear, proactive communication on his deliverables and progress. I cannot recommend him enough!

Pratik is a well-respected and integral component of Productiv’s engineering team. He led several projects and his quality of work is consistently top-notch. Pratik was extremely patient and generous while getting me up to speed on the product and when in customer facing situations. That, combined with his friendly demeanor and willingness to pitch in, makes working with him a real pleasure. He’s got a very bright future and would be an asset to any organization.

Owned development of a natural language processing platform and feature on the Tableau Prep - Data Augmentation and Smart Features team. Required a thorough ramp-up and understanding to evaluate, propose, and implement an architectural-level system design spanning all layers of the code (C++, Java, Typescript). Resolved product adoption blockers for 10+ Fortune 500 companies. Drastically reduced user workflow from 12+ steps to one. As a year-long Healthcare Engineering Intern at Caradigm, I developed cohort-based, healthcare solutions that enable providers to identify, manage, and treat patients with Diabetes, Pressure Ulcers, Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections, and Central Line Associated Blood Stream Infections. These risk-score algorithms analyze patient data to proactively identify patients with the highest risk of contracting the condition and present the provider with a risk score and the associated information, thus enabling pre-emptive treatment and reduced health care costs. As a key member of a multi-disciplinary team consisting of engineers, product strategists, clinicians, and salespersons, I collected and analyzed data on existing products, consulted clinical analysts to identify gaps, and created product specifications. I then designed, implemented, and tested the software applications that met these specifications. It was a very satisfying experience to see the benefits provided by these solutions to the patients and the providers. One of my favorite activities at Caradigm was to participate in lively discussions around improving patient care and decreasing healthcare costs.
