In this role I have led in managing the workflow of a broad range of research outputs for EM Ireland, requiring me to build and sustain a high level of performance in this role.In this role I produce and manage impartial research and policy analysis. One such publication is EM Ireland’s explainers on EU issues, called Just the Facts. Using factual sources of research, these explainers provide accurate and impartial overviews and analysis. I use clear language to ensure that complex issues can be read and understood easily.Producing impartial research aligns with EM Ireland's key mission goal of providing objective information on EU issues to our members and the public.Further, I provide research support to colleagues across other divisions for a wide range of projects. For example, I designed thematic information packs for participants for EM Ireland’s focus groups for our Conference on the Future of Europe events in 2021 and 2022.I achieve these outputs by remaining up to date on Irish and EU political developments across multiple media and academic sources.
