Ciara is one of the most dedicated, organized supervisors I have come across. I had the pleasure of working as a team member under Ciara during her time as shift supervisor in Starbucks Canada. I was particularly impressed with Ciara’s dedication and firm work ethic, something deeply appreciated during extremely busy times. Her genuine approach to customer service was refreshing and seeing how much customers appreciated it, I am inspired to become better at providing a great customer experience.
