Lucy Revill
During my time as Content Manager at the PRI Academy I worked with Ale on a range of projects during the development of the ESG in Alternative Investments Course. Ale worked collaboratively with me to help arrange and film the video content for the course. He co-directed the subject matter experts, established the studio space and edited the content. Throughout video production Alessandro scheduled content in a timely manner and kept to a tight deadline. We worked together on the format to bring the video content up to date and Ale provided mentoring and support, as well as uploading content to relevant platforms and taking on editing feedback. In addition, he provided mentoring to me around UX and how its principles could enhance my development of the course content. I found Alessandro to be knowledgeable, thorough and clear in his communication. He delivered everything to deadline and was a reliable and diligent partner on this project. Thanks Ale!

Alessandro has been an exceptional mentor to me over the last three years. His diverse skill set combined with a commitment to seek new opportunities for development, has shaped him to be an all-rounder when it comes to creative practices. In turn, he has encouraged the same within his team through his hands on approach and delegation of varied responsibilities and projects. He has a good work ethic, fastidious approach to design, and never fails to deliver to optimal standards and on time. He strives to get the best out of his team, and I have always been made to feel as though I can approach him on both a professional and personal level, helping to forge a strong relationship. Ale has many attributes that would be an asset to the development of any organisation, and I would highly recommend him.
