      I lead a team of vibrant individuals with a passion for children and teaching in China. My team of local Chinese and British teachers and I have fun learning each other's culture and language and effective teaching principles and methods. I help and inspire the management team on the people aspect of things eg. team building, staff management, career progression etc. as I do believe that the people are the business. On a daily basis, I manage daily operations of the education team of 2 stores in the same city, and a franchise store in a separate province. This includes resource planning, class operations, health and safety monitoring, procurement, event management and execution, training of new and existing staff etc. I stand in as replacement teachers of classes as and when needed, and train staff through observing my classes as well.
