Ruth is a human-centred designer by training and nature. She joined Empathy fresh from her Masters course, where she already had some real-world experience design under her belt. During her six years with us, her skills grew to match her academic knowledge — then both grew again, alongside her confidence. She was key on many service and product design projects, for public and private sector, operating well in design research and design moments. Ruth is hard working, collaborative, generous, and can't be bothered with office politics.
