Anthony is one of the most resourceful and exceptionally talented Data Engineers I've had the privilege to work with. In my time leading Data & Analytics at TrueSense, Anthony was an invaluable team member, leader, and friend. He possesses extraordinary critical thinking skills and a keen instinct for sleuthing out the most productive approach for the business and he was integral to the radical transformation of the practice of Data Ops. He modernized numerous processes for BI and data management, enabling more scalable and efficient workflows. Any problem you throw at Anthony, he'll find a way to solve it! And not only is he an incredible data expert, but he is a generous and dedicated team leader that invests in his colleagues and makes everyone around him better.

Anthony was a fantastic boss to work under. As an intern, whenever I would come across things that I didn't know how to do, Anthony would always be willing to help me even when his schedule was fully packed. He is really knowledgeable about anything related to SQL, and his work ethic is the best in the office. He was always one of the first here, and one of the last to leave. Given the chance, I would happily work under Anthony again.

I was hired as a Senior Data Specialist at MSA in 2010. Eight months later I was quickly promoted to the position of Data Analyst after showing my potential to learn and grow in the workplace. With no prior experience in VBA I quickly taught myself the programming language and began automating tasks in my workplace. With the promotion I was moved to a special team dedicated to creating formalized documentation, processes, and tools to maximize the level of efficiency in my department. On that team I am responsible for in-depth data analysis, recommendations for process improvements, and creating tools that both increase the productivity and capability of fellow workers as well as the design and maintenance of metrics to track the effectiveness and success rate of new processes implemented.
