Having worked with Ailis on a very high profile infrastructure project I quickly valued her dedication, intellect and knowledge of her specialist topic. I worked very well with Ailis on the project over a two year period and would not hesitate to work with her again.

Ailis worked for a number of years in the Highways department of WYG, initially as a graduate engineer in 2007 and later as a Design engineer. During that time she was worked on several major national highways schemes at various stages of development including preliminary, tender and detailed design stages. Ailis’ work was of a consistent high quality and delivered to programme. She demonstrated initiative and ability to work both on her own and within large multi-disciplinary teams. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ailis for a similar role.
