When I arrived in Philadelphia in September 2017 our US business was at a crossroads. Recent changes in the overarching strategy of our parent company required a careful reassessment of our US launching plans; our foundations were debilitated, and our go-to-market strategy was not delivering. We needed a turnaround strategy. Benet was part of the US management team. At that point, he already was an accomplished professional but had no experience in Market Research. Far from being daunted, he embraced this learning challenge with great success to the point that he eats, sleeps, and breathes this industry today. Not content with this, he also carried his team along during the journey. As a result, he became the key player to make this turnaround happen; if Netquest is a reference as LatAm sample provider in the US market today, it is thanks to the job Benet did during this period. When I left for Barcelona 2 years later, Benet was my natural successor as Managing Director. His managerial skills have kept our growth pace with our bread and butter services and brought in innovating breakthrough projects. I highly recommend Benet, and I hope to work with him for many years to come.
