She is great on projects from start to finish, as she has not only an innovative mindset but a strong ability to follow-through on all that she takes on. When given the opportunity, she is able to manage logistics, people, action items and project deadlines without skipping a beat. During her time with our team, Bishop demonstrated high-level researching skills, consistently finding and suggesting measurable ways for our team to improve team culture and performance with our executive clients. One project that she worked on for us involved going through our personal development online training program for executive teams, pulling out core messaging for the purposes of content development. She excelled at this. In addition, she made a significant and valuable contribution to our team efforts to improve the engagement of the program’s participants.
