I had the pleasure of working side by side with Gianna during my 10 weeks as an intern at ADP. Not only is she an efficient worker but her personality makes her easy to get along with and makes for a fun work environment. I was able to witness her ability to work both collaboratively and individually. Throughout the summer we worked on multiple different projects where she proved to be efficient in team work. Any task that was thrown her way was completed excellently and in a timely manner. Gianna is hardworking, determined, and proficient. I know she will be successful in her future endeavors. I look forward to (hopefully) working with her again one day.

As Gianna’s mentor during her summer internship with ADP for the summer of 2016, I met with her frequently to assign responsibilities and discuss recruiting best practices. I was impressed with Gianna’s writing skills, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines. Gianna became a valued member of the campus recruiting team, and I’m confident that she will have a successful career in her future. As an intern on our Campus Recruiting Team, Gianna had a number of responsibilities. She worked with members within various business units on various projects, including social media brand ambassadors, editing content for LinkedIn pages, participate in phone screens, and event planning. Gianna was especially skilled at seeking out new content for our online internal webpages and LinkedIn pages. It’s clear that Gianna has a passion for the creating content and generating social media engagement. Gianna is self-motivated, attentive to detail, and skilled at both independent and collaborative work. Gianna is extremely energetic and full of life. Her personality was not only magnetic but inspiring to myself and those around her. She took on tasks that were both hard and difficult and was always the first to volunteer.
