My very first real job was through the global outsourcing marketplace, also known as Freelancer.com. Working out of Bosnia and Herzegovina I never thought I'd reach such a high position and connect with so many big companies. Starting out as an individual contractor all the way to managing a small team was a dream come true. We expanded our business to other outsourcing websites such as Elance.com and Odesk.com which have later combined into one. I now have over 350 successfully completed projects and ongoing business with some wonderful clients ranging from individuals taking care of their own business to featured journalists and authors, cinematographs, researchers and many more. It is through freelancing that I've gained passion for management that I practice day-today.

I did my University Internship at the Municipality building of Town Prijedor. Here I closely worked with their main database and network administrators. We managed a large network with over 200 linked computers. Their database system was developed to fit each department but yet keep everything connected. After finishing my internship I acquired additional knowledge regarding: Network Administration, Database Administration, Client/User Relation and Customer/User Support.
