Katie works with an energy that is infectious to the people around her. During her stay at Popchips, I watched the circle around me be continually influenced by her charming personality as she explained the value of 'popping Popchips' instead of other snack options. She is very savvy in social media, injecting a personality to a brand that is both inviting and adventurous. It is hard to deny her being successful in whatever field she chooses as she is just as talented as she is determined. Katie is a great addition to any team that is in the business of making money while making friends.

In my years of working in a PR agency, I have never been so fortunate to work with such a detail-oriented, motivated and ambitious PR professional as Katie. I had the opportunity to work with Katie on several major initiatives during our time at Porter Novelli together, most notably being the BREW Conference (hosted by Qualcomm in San Diego each year). Despite starting only two months prior to the event, Katie dove in and was able to successfully project manage everything from logistics, international media coordination and media/analyst relations activities. She successfully staffed the event and showcased a willingness to do what it took to get her clients the PR results they desired. She is always up to date on the latest in media/analyst relations along with social media capabilties. I would hire Katie in any role.
