Academic Content I provide multiple services for a wide variety of industries; from writing for e-learning to writing textbooks, textbook chapters, and study guides. I also provide review and revision services – whether you need to update an old, outdated piece or review another author’s work – I do it all.My areas of expertise can be classified as ‘non-technical’. That means any topic that does not require an extensive amount of math or scientific calculation. I have however done work on some basic courses for engineers, regulatory courses for accountants, and general legislative courses (such as the POPI Act). Generally, however, my topics of preference fall within the Commerce and Humanities spectrum (Public Relations, HR, Project Management, Psychology, Philosophy, English, etc.). Learning/Instructional DesignWhether you create traditional classroom learning or e-learning, it is vital that the learning experience is both effective and engaging. My expertise lies within the e-learning realm. My services include sourcing/creating content, extracting content, creating storyboards (for learning units, videos, animations, etc.), and performing quality assurance on all deliverables in the process, including the final product. Quality Assurance Quality assurance (QA) in the e-learning industry is still in its infancy and most companies are only now starting to realize its value. QA is not about proofreading, editing and user acceptance testing, although it certainly includes those elements. QA is about company processes and ensuring that the outputs of those processes meet the required quality standards. I can help your company to implement its own unique process or analyze and refine the process already in place. Proofreading and EditingI offer proofreading and editing services for multiple deliverables across various industries whether it relates to e-learning, academic content or non-academic content.

I ensure that we don’t just evaluate the end result/product, but manage all the intermediate steps in order to deliver an exceptional value-added product to our clients. Simply put, I am the keeper of the process. It is my job to ensure all staff adhere to our processes, employ best practice and deliver work of the highest quality.
