David is such a fantastic combination of everything that we need to see more of in our industry, but first and foremost, he is a tireless and devoted teammate. I can’t stress that word enough - teammate. I feel some times that we don’t take that word seriously enough, so let me say that again: David is first and foremost, a brilliant and wonderful teammate. He steps forward into leadership with great ease and comfort, is more than willing to do the work necessary to unpack difficult briefs and challenging business problems.
