I interviewed Logan as my replacement at Geeks at Work. Throughout the interview processes, Logan was able to be very professional and intuitive to what it would take to not only manage the store and employees but knew what the company was after in a manager. I was not able to train him for any decent amount of time but after I left, Logan took the position by the horns and made it his own. Logan made great improvements to the shop. He thought outside the box and made Geeks at Work a place that continued to succeed. He was not afraid to dial in procedures, expand into Linux as the OS for customers, or maintain a decent inventory of needed hardware. He expanded into areas where others had failed and he succeeded in them.
