  From March 2020, Thea was promoted between numerous stores in Oslo to help further develop Bik Bok and to ensure that they maintain their position as one of Scandinavia's leading fashion brand for women. As the store manager, Thea had the total personnel and profit responsibility, where the main task was the daily operation and development of the store and her employees. Within her role, Thea drove her store's set goals above and beyond, continuously over achieving their targets.
