I've worked with Paul for a year as a colleague and for a further 6 months as his manager. During this time I have always found Paul to be 100% committed to his role and the organisation. As a Project Manager I found him to be highly focussed on the details and very thorough in his analysis. No matter how much pressure he was under he managed to remain professional and retain his humour for it. I would be more than happy to work with Paul once again.

First elected in December 2017 and serving over two terms through to 2023's local elections it was a pleasure to represent the interests and service the demands of my Ward in the Town I live in. Bringing my Leadership, Operational and Commercial experience to the Council to influence the Town's strategic direction, ensuring viability and executing delivery of projects that made a difference was one of the best things I've ever done. Proving myself as a Councillor who delivered on his manifesto promises, amongst other projects I lead the concept, research, business case, design & procurement and secured funding to deliver two brand new play parks in our Town – a £250k investment. Growing commitments at home as my children grew up meant I didn't have the bandwidth to do justice to to a third term. Show less
