  In this position, I work closely with the Heythrop Students Union in managing and maintaining the union. I organise and manage a variety of events on campus. I also monitor attendance and participation levels at these events and various societies on campus throughout the year and provide a statistical report to the Manager at least once a month. I monitor expenditure of clubs and societies and assist in creating finance reports to submit to the finance department. I attend and take minutes for relevant committee meetings pertaining to student activities and enrichment. I also oversee the publication, sale and production of tickets for HSU events which is achieved via the HSU online shop, which I maintain. For this, I am responsible in collecting of revenue and ensuring that they are passed on to the HSU Manager for banking. I am also responsible for publicizing events through various modes of communication such as social media, weekly digital newsletter that is sent via email to all students and a physical newsletter that I design using creative software. Every term, I attend a meeting with board members to protect the student teach-out experience. For this meeting, I create a report in behalf of the Heythrop Students Union, detailing term events, societies, expenditure, publicity as well as attendance and participation levels. I also maintain and update the HSU website in relation to news, events, and important information. I liaise and work in conjunction with the Enrichment department as well as other relevant persons to help facilitate enrichment and employability initiatives suggested by TOPSE.
