A calibration laboratory with various scope of instruments calibration in industrial, aerospace, NDT, and another related field.Role:- Maintain the calibration status of all standard measuring (calibration master).- Update and maintain calibration methods, procedures, and data analysis calculation (parameter, unit conversion, accuration, correction, budget uncertainty, etc.).- Monitor the calibration database are used correctly by the authorized person (user security).- Ensure the calibration documentation record are stored and easily retrieved.- Perform internal calibration and analyze the result with the nominal tolerance for quality ensurement.- Raises issues and reports on customers calibration failures.- Send monthly reminder to technical departement for external recalibration to prevent "out of calibration" of calibration master/standard.- Inspect the visual condition and test function of calibration master periodically.- Suggest improvement of existing measurement scope , standard, and methods.- Auditee of external ISO 1725 audit from KAN.- Create safety procedure, instruction, and form with the managements.- Prepare pre qualification form (CSMS).- Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA).- Prepare Risk Assesment Document (HIRADC).- Assist the project supervisor/manager to create permit to work (PTW).- Conduct safety briefing to all workers.- Provide and ensure the correct usage of personal protective equipment (APD) for all workers based on the job risk.- Rises, report, and record safety issues.- Suggest safety improvement both procedural and technical.- Ensure the K3 are implemented sistematicaly.
