General operations: - Manage the day-to-day business operations of the Doraville branch. - Coordinate the daily delivery routes for each driver to maximize service and efficiency - Ensure highest quality standards are met for housekeeping and representation of the company. - Facility management: Ensure proper maintenance of the facility. Coordinate repairs, maintenance and special projects. - Inventory: conduct cycle counts and monitor inventory daily. - Product ordering: Maintain proper inventory level of each product to meet sales goals and avoid losing sales due to insufficient inventory quantities and backorder issues. - Support sales team in identifying business opportunities. Personnel Management: - Lead and manage a team of 7 great associates (Customer Service Associate. Warehouse Operator, Tinters and Drivers) to maximize efficiency and to provide top customer service to our wholesale as well as retail customers in a very fast pace environment. - Recruit, train, direct, motivate, discipline and resolve associate issues. - Foster a culture of teamwork and excellence.
