Alyx is simply one of the best consultants, impact-generators, and humans that I have ever had the privilege to work with. I had the opportunity to manage Alyx as her day-to-day project manager with Deloitte; during this time, Alyx delivered innovative Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and organizational change management strategies to a large federal law enforcement/national security agency. During this time, Alyx served as a trusted advisor to the organization's Chief Diversity Officer (CDO) in strategizing, crafting, delivering, and assessing a portfolio of initiatives impacting the entire organization. In particular, she pioneered a new cross-cultural mentorship and sponsorship program, matching junior underrepresented ethnic & gender group employees with senior leaders to promote upward representation for emerging leaders. She designed an initiative enabling employees to understand actionable career development experiences to craft pathways to destination roles in the organization. She also led an agency-wide Inclusion campaign enhancing cultural understanding and driving day-to-day behavioral changes to measurably improve the employee experience. In addition, Alyx showed incredible agility leading the change management for a new employee Performance & Development program impacting almost 40,000 people, a multi-year effort re-focusing and prioritizing employee development over a traditionally low-impact, administrative-burdened process. In this role, she led a team of other consultants who reported to the agency's Chief Human Capital Officer (CHCO). Thus far I have only highlighted Alyx through the lens of her impact as a Consultant in delivering exemplary client impact But I would be remiss if I did not speak of her impact as a leader. She embodied the definition of a true team player and service-based leader, actively mentoring junior Deloitte practitioners, contributing to Marketplace business development and eminence opportunities, and lending her problem-solving abilities to other projects to deliver the best possible collaborative products for our clients. I suppose the best way to sum all of this up is: no matter what the project, challenge, or need, I would find myself always thinking of Alyx as one of the first people I have ever worked with to start and lead a new team. I would enthusiastically recommend her to anyone.

Alyx is an all-star leader in the Talent consultation and DEI spaces. I managed her directly at Meta and I was continuously impressed by her ability to analyze data and communicate insightful points to key stakeholders. Her recommendations often combined programmatic and operational effectiveness, resulting in multiple teams meeting or exceeding their diversity hiring goals. She is also a pleasure to work with and would be an asset to any team!
