  As a caseworker in NAV, I assisted people with complex support needs to enter or re-enter the Norwegian labour market. As a rule, my customers were people suffering long term sicknesses or disabilities, people with refugee background or the long-term unemployed. I assisted my customers in choosing an employment goal according their strengths and interests, and helped them achieve it, receive medical help or / and obtain additional education. I wrote assessment of our customers' working skills, contacted and met local employers, medical staff and other stakeholders, arranged and conducted meeting between the stakeholders aiming to assist jobseekers with support needs to obtain or keep their jobs.   I went to Haiti as an intern for Prosjekt Haiti that collaborated with the Center for Peace Studies at University of Tromsø.
