Jodi Carlson
Annette’s work as a Support Supervisor and Service Desk Lead is rarely seen in most organizations. Annette and I originally connected through our common goal of earning a Business Administration degree at Western Governor’s University, which focused on Information Technology Management; and then as co-workers at Columbus Metropolitan Library. Annette’s ability to handle multiple projects and manage a team as Lead simultaneously, allows her to be a productive asset to her work environment. Early in our working relationship at CML, she completed two IT Help Desk tickets for Development, to help us continue a direct mail project and to cover her team who was working with other pressing matters during relocation to swing space. Annette is an awesome Lead/Supervisor, any organization would be fortunate to have her on staff.

I worked with Annette for 2 years at the Columbus Library. During that time we worked on a complete renovation of the IT systems on the back and front end. During this incredibly complex time Annette did an excellent job of communicating changes to her team, my team and to the organization as a whole. Annette is an action oriented professional that adapts to the situation and overcomes obstacles well. I feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with such a great professional who is truly passionate about her work.
