  I am a senior Developer in the team and following are the responsibilities of my role: -Design and development of solutions. -Work with other architects, developers and data analysts to review requirements. -Participate in on-going evolution, improvement, and security design of solutions -Participate in testing -Suggest and implement optimum design changes -Production of efficient and fully documented code and unit tests. -Achievement of agreed productivity targets in order to ensure developments are delivered within budget, to schedule and to defined quality standards. -Adherence of development processes as part of the SAFe Agile framework. -Coding, testing, documentation in the areas of development and maintenance. -Assume full ownership of assigned software and non-software deliverables. -Work with business analysts and/or product owners on requirements refinement as needed. -Creation of accurate technical design specifications as required to meet the organizations standards. -Development and execution of unit test cases when appropriate for ongoing validation. -Completion of all tasks in the timescales as defined by the product owner and scrum master. -Peer code reviews and sign-off of design changes -Timely and accurate reporting of project status as required by scrum team standards -Escalate product issues and suggest product improvements -Escalate all issues in a timely fashion -Mentor junior team members in best practices and standards Show less
