Jan was brilliant manager in swaping technologies. When I cooperated with him every mistake or disagree was bridged by optimistic behavior and realy good work in details. He every time force his guys to hard work and his success was allways success of whole company. Since he worked for TMCZ I loked forward to work with Jan on night shifts (and cooperate with him on swaps) - respect for his work.

Jan is an excelent manager with deep technical knowledge. Open-minded person focused on the top quality result of anything he's doing.
