Improving links with the wider business to ensure views on technology were understood and to ensure the needs of the business were fully understood and supported.2. Leveraging our investment. Morrisons invested heavily in Technology platforms and we developed strategies to ensure these systems could be used by all employees in a simple, reliable and accessible way. 3. Data Management - not the most exciting aspect of Technology but key to ensure investments are not wasted. I highlighted the need for dedicated Data Management roles throughout the business and ensured training and tools were provided for all responsible individuals so our systems contained high quality information to support tactical and strategic decision making.
