It's motivating to collaborate with an individual who is passionate about deepening and improving his abilities to connect and teach others. I had the opportunity to work with Danny at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation Discovery Center, facilitating engagement activities for a diverse audience. One of his standout qualities is his ability to evaluate a situation critically and continuously improve and learn from an experience. He is mindful and observant of his position, influence, experience as he works with individuals or a group creating a space built on trust. He is talented in nurturing dialogue, building spaces for collective learning with an equity and social justice lens with peers and the public.

Danny is an incredible speaker, facilitator and listener. He brings a lens of social justice and equity to his work and holds himself to the highest standard of work. I watched Danny build a Youth Earthquake Preparedness Program from scratch and then he delivered it to schools in the Portland area. During this process he co created the design of the program with internal stakeholders at Mercy Corps as well as teachers and students in the Portland area. I would highly recommend hiring Danny to consult on the design and delivery of educational programs.
