  As the Visual Caption Coordinator, I managed a staff of educators, as well as coordinating educational planning between staffs. The more hands-on part of my role involved working to help the performers implement, and improve understanding of the product (show). This includes teaching basic movement and dance, teaching specific show concepts, and any other task to support the students in achieving the program at the highest level possible. Rhythmic Force is an WGI Open Class Finalist as of 2018, and World Class Finalist as of 2021.
