I attended Coachg Mastery training which Sue hosted and co-delivered. Her hosting skills were second to none including fabulous home cooked food. Sipala is a venue which provides a truly grounded space in which enables learners to open their mind to new concepts. I also highly recommend. Sue's training and facilitation skills especially her use of story-telling to help embed the learning - truly inspirational.

We offer an unusual intimate and varied venue for personal development - we cater for groups of up to 15 people. We believe that the right environment engaging with all the senses can inspire fresh new ideas to grow. It can allow people to step back and see things from a new perspective enabling new and better solutions. Creativity and innovation are important keys to success in today's rapidly changing interdisciplinary world. Managing change, problem solving, motivating employees/volunteers, decision making, dealing with limited resources all require creative thinking. We believe good communication is the key.

Performance StorytellingI perform as a storyteller in a variety of venues and festivals and am currently touring a show we have researched and written about Eleanor of Castile "Eleanor Longshanks" with my colleague Hannah McDowell. Once a month we run an adult story and myth telling "When the Books Speak" locally.Storytelling WorkshopsI run storytelling workshops for a range of clients which focus on how to tell an autobiographical story and to help staff in organisations draw stories from the clients that they work with. I also run impact workshops helping clients tell their own story and use stories in their presentations. See this link for more details:http://www.sipala.co.uk/storytelling-for-influence/When facilitating I use metaphor, story and neuroscience to help embed learning.

I co-ordinated the week long 2010 Most Mira Festival in Bosnia Herzegovina for 500 Serb and Muslim school children run by over 90 volunteers from 16 countries. Now as a trustee on the charities board we retain overall legal responsibility for the charity and strategic overview of Most Mira's future. We are currently looking to design and build a centre in Northern Bosnia to embed the work we have done in the area over the last 6 years. I specifically assist with volunteer recruitment and training and in-country visits in order to maintain and build partnerships.
