I’m extremely grateful to have worked with Martyn as my direct manager. The passion he holds for his work is inspiring; the standard he works to is the highest possible, and I respect his personal drive to develop himself and contribute. I have been fortunate to witness the changes from design to implementation throughout the SDLC at Cookpad bought to life by Martyn. The QA department and general processes around the company are efficient, streamlined and progressive thanks to him. I personally wouldn’t have been able to develop myself as much as I have been able to, and truly enjoy my work as much as I have done if it wasn’t for the guidance and encouragement he provided. I seriously hope I get the change to work more closely with him again in the future.
