I had the pleasure working with Virgilio on a New Project - The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi. His vast experience about Herps and other Terrestrial Animals was a an advantage for the daily operation of the Terrestrial’s Division of The National Aquarium Abu Dhabi. Specially his great observation skill about the animals, which was is best skill an Aquarist should posses. Also he is a good team player and gets tasks done while working in unity, a clear sign of his Matured leadership. A respected team player within the team and ready to step in when needed. I can thus strongly recommend Virgilo for any Animal related organization which can use his talents and skills. I believe that Virgilio has significant potential beyond his demonstrated experience. Thanks

Virgil is a wildlife conservationist. He gained his expertise in zoo management for working almost 12 years in zoo industry. He is dedicated to deliver wildlife conservation as he pursues this promising career. Working with him for almost 8 years in a zoo industry proved me that he is honed through experiences and time. He was an operation Director when we were working in Davao Crocodile Park. As a private entity, I had seen Virgil working with the government in rescuing and combating illegal wildlife trade. He also partnered with other agencies in promoting public awareness in conserving mother nature. He is knowledgeable in breeding programs particularly reptiles. He was able to significantly populate saltwater crocodiles, snakes and other reptiles based on production and breeding plans. To top it all, an operation director, he is also particular on the concerns of manpower before delivering a holistic plan. He makes decision and consults the majority if necessary. His passion and good management style brings him into working with zoo industry for more a decade and still counting.
