The areas of remit included the coordination and facilitation of project workshops, including planning and scoping sessions, documenting critical action items and ensuring alignment with IT project management processes, as well as handling communications and inquiries from stakeholders and project teams. As the central point of contact for ongoing projects, Marlene prepared portfolio dashboards and reported on key progress indicators (like risks), for executive decision making. In addition, Marlene prepares and presents stakeholder reports on project status, and recommends solutions to keep projects on track or to recover those falling behind.
