      Based on-site as the Senior Resource Business Partner with Aberdeen Asset Management (ASI) working as Team Leader for the Lorien recruitment team, managing a team of 2 Resource Business Partners . I managed the on-site client relationships with hiring managers and ensured the recruitment process was managed effectively and in line with the client’s and Lorien's objectives, meeting SLA’s and exceeding expectations.
