Learning ecosystem to support the process of cultural evolution for interdependence Senior leadership development program Global leadership model I developed the module of 2 Culture behaviours and led the delivery of it to 92% (more than 400 leaders) of middle/high leadership in Brazil with support from facilitators in less than 3 months.
