Work with homeowners in manufactured housing communities to promote cooperative community purchases, support ROC staff and homeowners in development of cooperatives, develop and deliver training for community members, and provide on-going support to resident owned communities (ROCs)Supervise the ROC staff and work closely with other key personnel to develop, implement and ensure strong program quality and effective operations of the ROC program.Provide training and technical assistance to ROCs by utilizing technology, peer exchange, group trainings, resident leadership coaching and creative approaches to promote good governance, strengthen community engagement, improve ROC financial health, support community projects and advance ROC self-sufficiency.Work with a variety of vendors and stakeholders, including lenders, realtors, community owners, attorneys, engineers, property manager, trade associations, nonprofit partners, and government entities to support the acquisition of new communities and the success of ROCs once formed.Promote the ROC program, identify new projects and engage new partners including through public speaking engagements and trainings related to technical aspects of alternative home ownership models and community development.Coordinate resource development opportunities, including grant writing and compliance, for the ROC Program and other manufactured housing projects.Strong project management skills and the capacity to integrate diverse objectives with a high level of attention to detail and deadlines.
