  Administer, troubleshoot and solve problems as they relate to the maintenance of the software package, RecTrac, which services the department. Coordination with software vendors on maintenance, expansions, and upgrades. Recommend strategies for the future of the computer system as they relate to work functions and processes. Assist in the assessment of training needs and participate in the development, maintenance and execution of overall application training plan and materials. Reconcile all revenue brought into the department and prepare deposits to be submitted to financial institutions and the Finance Department. Manage reports and develop report templates upon request of users. Work with department staff to compile/edit content of quarterly brochure. Show less
