Everybody, myself included, knows a dozen real estate agents. So why did I pick Anne over everyone else I knew? Anne is far more interested in the human element - what's good for you, what's right for you, how things feel, etc - than the quick sale. Also, she is beyond thorough; she did more than I could have ever expected. Anne made a point of making a connection to me and my family so that she could get the right "vibe" and then use that to find us a place that had the best fit for us. She does a lot of research, a lot of pre-inspecting, walks you through any bits that are confusing, and really takes all the pain and worry out of the process. Anne is detail oriented and meticulous. I can't say enough about the customer experience Anne provided. So yes, you might know a dozen real estate agents. But if you choose anyone but Anne, you've really missed out.
