Aaron Morin
Leo and I started around the same time, 5 years ago at Thinkific. As I was cutting my teeth in Customer Success and Marketing, Leo was contributing leaps and bounds forward for our product as a part of our fledgling engineering team. That trend continued for half a decade consistently. Leo was instrumental to the continued success of Thinkific as a product in our customer's eyes through his uncountable contributions in and out of our code. He worked on most if not all parts of our product and delivered incredible value for customers whether it was delivering much needed video analytics to educators, greatly expanding the capabilities our website builder, or in 10xing our product's speed and reliability. He also contributed greatly to our design system and UX/UI patterns, speeding up product development greatly. I can legitimately say we wouldn't be where we are now without the hard work Leo put into Thinkific. Not only that but Leo was an incredible contributor to our team and leadership culture at Thinkific too. He was passionate about every aspect of his job and I can say we'll sorely miss him at Thinkific.
