  My role is to provided initial support for Marines and help them troubleshoot their system such as CAC2S or CIRRAS. I assist with onboarding new analysts and make sure all trouble tickets are completed accurately and efficiently. I communicate with my team when a ticket needs to be escalated to a TIER II but most importantly I keep track of tickets until I know the Marine’s issue is resolved.
