Novel Link is the main distributor of REVLON cosmetics in Singapore and the SEA. I was appointed to visualise data to gather business insights, including sales reports, trade performance, merchandiser sales performance. Career Sabbatical

2020 was a challenging year. I lost two family members in quick succession at the start of the year and decided a break was necessary to pivot myself in life. It was the circuit breaker in Singapore in the first three months of my career break. I spent time at home learning to bake, reading my books, and helping a small business owner with some marketing creatives(pro-bono). Volunteer Manager

My responsibilities were to conduct full volunteer management, from recruitment, assessment, onboarding, training, deployment and engagement. I was responsible for supervising and guiding 1 Volunteer Executive In this role, I successfully mobilised over 350 volunteers and 8 Corporate Volunteer Partners for Hair for Hope 2019, which raised $4.7M and recorded 5,456 participants. Additionally, I improved efficiencies by 30% and achieved better staff retention and volunteer engagement by streamlining the workflow. In my time here, I saved 20% of costs for the CCF Annual New Year Party within the allocated resources.
