Rei Na Ng
Jennifer is one of the best donor and volunteer managers that I've ever worked with in my 15 years being in this sector. She has the heart for clients and makes genuine connections with them. She ensures that every donor or volunteer engagement she brings in, is done with giving clients the best outcomes. I respect her for her ability to turn soul-less, gimmicky PR CSR events into meaningful engagements through her strong understanding of why we are serving our clients. With her generous spirit and sound work ethics, she thrives in teamwork and handles complex human situations well.

Career Sabbatical
-
Apr 2020 - Dec 2020
2020 was a challenging year. I lost two family members in quick succession at the start of the year and decided a break was necessary to pivot myself in life. It was the circuit breaker in Singapore in the first three months of my career break. I spent time at home learning to bake, reading my books, and helping a small business owner with some marketing creatives(pro-bono). From Aug till Dec 2020, I took up a SG United Skills(SGUS) Training Programme under NTUC Learning Hub, upskilling and reskilling to be a Community Partnerships Specialist. https://www.ntuclearninghub.com/community-and-partnerships-specialist/
