Tuve el placer de conocer a Vivian en el PNUD regional, en el proyecto Regional Infosegura y la iniciativa Spotlight para la eliminación de la violencia contra mujeres y niñas en Centroamérica. Como asesora regional, Vivian demostró una sólida formación teórica que puso a disposición de los equipos para la operacionalización de conceptos complejos y nos brindó claridad del marco conceptual en el que debíamos basar la medición multidimensional de las amenazas a la vida e integridad de mujeres y niñas. Su perfil académico e investigador también le permitió trabajar de manera efectiva y colaborativa con los miembros del equipo de mediciones, del cual fui parte. Además de su conocimiento experto, también destaco la habilidad de Vivian para fomentar un ambiente de respeto y colaboración en el equipo.
