Allison and I worked on the Leadership Team together at Minnesota Children's Museum. During my time at the Museum, I appreciated Allison's steady guidance and dedication to creating a values based work environment. Allison is a valuable team member who is always willing to listen to any colleague or employee and offer insightful feedback. I appreciate Allison's dedication to the well-being of employees and her deep commitment to leading a diverse workforce with intention and personalization. While at the Museum, Allison led the organization through many organization-wide improvements including: development of organizational values; cultural competency training; implementation of "The MCM Way", a manager's project management training; organizational re-design; comprehensive benefits review; implementation of new HR systems; administrative office relocation and redesign; and many complicated and sensitive HR personnel issues due to the temporary closure of the Museum during renovation. Through all of these activities, Allison carried herself with ease and professionalism providing staff members confidence and calm. I am grateful to have worked beside Allison at the Museum, in part because I learned a tremendous amount from her leadership, and because it was a joy to participate in meetings and projects with her on the team.

Allison is a rock solid recruiter with very fine assessment skills. At PDI, she was able to quickly build excellent internal relationships that spanned geography, identify sources of talent to fill key positions, evaluate candidates and present a quality candidate pool - virtually every time. I consistently heard strong reviews of Allison in virtually every capacity - from taking a solid job order through facilitating a superior selection decision. Allison is also a solid project manager, active and perceptive learner and in her quiet way makes a strong and positive impact in an area (talent acquisition) where decisions are always critical. She was a fabulous hire.
