      During my co-op term, I assisted revamping the Co-op Preparation course curriculum, creating worksheets, assignments, infographics, and more. This hybrid (in-person and online) course helped first-year students prepare for employment, including how to prepare a resume and job search strategies. Additionally, I facilitated a focus group to gather information on the experiences of 2nd and 3rd years students who completed the prep course. The information gathered helped us understand the student experience and address and learning gaps.One of my favorite projects to work on was planning a networking event for computer studies students. We invited 10 local employers for a speed networking event to provide insight into their organizations and the industry as a whole.
