As a front desk pro, I proactively address and solve guest issues, manage the check-in/check-out process, monitor and respond to inquiries, and train staff. Furthermore, I maintain a working knowledge of pro shop inventory and assist guest purchases. Having started my role at Squash on Fire during my senior year of high school, I have continued to work there during school breaks. • May 2021 - Sep 2021

As a rigorously-trained intelligence analyst and sole high school analyst globally, my mission with the Counterterrorism Group (CTG) was to identify and counter the deployment of deceitful and malicious information and broader campaigns targeting domestic and foreign interests, with a specific emphasis on the social media environment. My role involved engaging in propaganda detection and analysis, developing effective counter-messaging strategies, and providing valuable resolutions and recommendations in analytical reports for executives and policymakers. Through my internship, I wrote twenty-four analytical reports on terrorism intervention, showcasing my commitment to thorough research and in-depth analysis. Additionally, I had the privilege of co-authoring a major 50-page analytical report on QAnon and associated conspiracies with my global team of eight individuals. Furthermore, as an intern, I had the rare opportunity to co-author a report published on the CTG website about the enlistment of foreign social media influences by state-owned media and the Chinese Community Party (linked below). • Research Fellow
      • Jun 2020 - May 2021

As part of a year-long research initiative, I actively identified and evaluated opportunities to reduce the carbon footprint at Georgetown Day School, as well as within D.C. public and private school system. Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the intensive four-week aspect of the fellowship was successfully conducted remotely. However, we implemented our year-long carbon footprint reduction plan as D.C. schools began reopening in the Fall of 2020. Within this initiative, I spoke with various environmentalists within and outside of Washington, DC, and conducted pertinent outside research, including surveys, data analysis, and policy research. As a result of our collaborative efforts, I co-authored a set of school recommendations focused on "quick wins"–measures that can be implemented relatively easily to promote sustainability and reduce the production of environmental health hazards. These recommendations provided practical solutions to enhance the environmental practices and policies within the D.C. school system. As a direct result, Georgetown Day School reduced its overall carbon footprint by the end of the year. Show less
