Allowed me to develop accounting skills and knowledge of the QuickBooks platform. - Keep COGS records and improve them by negotiating pricing and securing new partnerships with suppliers. - Maintain finished goods inventory levels accurately in the system by making sure all BOM, inventory transfers, and physical inventory counts are up to date. - Negotiate contracts, payment terms agreements, and pricing for logistics carriers and vendors. - Manage ASN creation and submission to our customers. - Create weekly order summary reports. - Meet regularly with the finance department to ensure all vendor accounts are up to date. - Research opportunities to set up new co-manufacturer relationships and improve the supply chain. - Execute and track claim disputes using Supplypike to recover wrongfully discounted payments.
