I’ve had the pleasure of working with Bryan since the beginning of his career; first at Presagis, where I was the Visualization Software Architect, and then later at NeoTek Energy, where I was the Director of Enterprise Software. Bryan worked on my team at NeoTek first as a Software Developer, and then later as a Senior Software Developer. Bryan is a heads-down, no-nonsense, versatile, talented, and accomplished developer – with various languages and technologies – who builds high quality software solutions. Bryan took ownership of one of our most critical technologies, the conditional alerts and notifications module, and was a significant contributor toward our UI/UX. His eagerness to learn, ability to quickly grasp new concepts and new technologies, readily apply that knowledge to real world problems, and deliver robust solutions even under tight deadlines were all signals of an up-and-coming shining star. He continually strives to keep his own skillset current, is a very passionate advocate of SOLID principles and best patterns and practices, and is the most principled and disciplined software developer I have ever worked with. He collaborates well with others, as his fresh perspective during design reviews helped yield even stronger solutions. I truly enjoyed working with Bryan, and would welcome the opportunity to work with him again, as his dedication, versatility, and willingness to help others makes him a valuable asset to any team. Bryan is a professional that I highly recommend to any group who prides themselves in hiring only the best.

Bryan came to work for Presagis straight out of school, and immediately demonstrated a maturity very uncommon to new grads. His grasp of solid software design and development principles, his understanding of practical considerations when it comes to actual delivering software, and his positive attitude made him a major asset to the team. He was always willing to contribute in whatever way we needed him, and when asked to develop a completely new module from the ground up, he ran with it. The end result is a robust, extensible and user-friendly module that met all requirements.
