  The Organizational Engineering Group (Núcleo de Engenharia Organizacional – NEO) is a research group from the Department of Industrial Engineering (DEPROT) at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS), Brazil. NEO is formed by professors and researchers (Post-doctoral, PhD and master candidates). NEO-UFRGS combines industrial engineering tools with theories and approaches from the strategic and organizational management field to understand organizational issues and to develop applied solutions for companies.
